Each order is sent to you directly by the creative vendor that made, designed or listed the item. Delivery details and options for each product are listed on the product page.
Creative vendors list their own timings for delivery. Its important to note that we list products from all over the world, and often they are handmade to order. Its crucial to read the product details thoroughly before making a purchase and contact them directly if you have any questions about delivery times.
Unless you’re having an item specially made or altered, delivery is usually within 1-3 working days.
The seller will include details of normal delivery times on their product pages, and will let you know when they aim to dispatch your items once they receive your order.
International delivery is available on many products listed at Hollyshop.
Delivery costs are worked out according to the product’s size and weight, as well as where it’s going. If you would like to have an exact delivery quote before purchasing an item, please contact each creative vendor directly.
Unless you’re having an item specially made or altered, international delivery is usually 7-14 days.
All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We are not affiliated with customs in any way and unfortunately cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged. If you have questions regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.
For most products, you have 28 days to notify the creative vendor if you want to cancel your order or exchange your item.
To discuss a return directly with the vendor, please sign into your account and select the order you wish to return. You can also contact the creative vendor directly using the Product Enquiry Form.
How to return or exchange an order
1. Contact the seller to let them know why you want to return or exchange it.
2. Package the item up and send it back to the creative vendor. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.
3. As the seller’s payment agent, we process the refund directly to your payment card within 30 days.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the seller and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like costumes, art, sculpture or personalised items, are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
